I was given a loaner. The work got done for the price quoted and within the time frame stated. I was also told that I did not need some service I was wondering about which means you are honest and ethical.

I am a little upset, because when I purchased the vehicle last year, I was told that I would receive 6 complementary oil changes 2 per year for the first 3 years of ownership. When I arrived I was told that my oil changes had expired, and I had no idea that was even possible. No one informed me at time of purchase that all 6 had to be used before hitting a certain millage. If someone could contact me and tell me why this has happened I would greatly appreciate it. I do feel a little misguided, and do not appreciate the false information.
I apologize for any confusion. I spoke to your salesman, Sam Beach and he validated that the GM Certified Maintenance Plan includes oil changes and tire rotations for 2 years or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) limited to 4. I am sorry for any misunderstanding.

Outrageously too expensive! Whereas $95.00 for a keyless entry "key" was (well) unexpected I could live with that inflated price, but $18.00 on top of that to "program" it just takes my breath away. Actually, I feel, an extra keyless entry key should be a complementary service, (at least for the first one). I have always enjoyed the best service at Bob Lueger's and appreciate their fast friendly scheduling and service, however things like this really causes one to consider how valuable their business is to Luger's.
